Week-of-delivery cadence rules, ship-to-zone routing, customer-facing delivery-window selectors. Manual order-cycle scripts retired in favor of automated cohort-based weekly orders. Subscriber cap moved from 1,200 to a tested ceiling above 8,000 within the team's existing operations footprint.

Workstream 2 · Subscription on weekly cadence. Recharge integration for the weekly produce box plus a national subscription tier on shelf-stable adjacent products. Skip, pause, swap mechanics tied to the weekly cadence. Subscription attach reached 41 percent of repeat customers within 5 months.

Workstream 3 · Delivery-window UX. Customer-facing delivery-window selector with three windows per zone (early, mid, late). Real-time inventory check across the cold-chain partner's fulfillment grid. Missed-day rate dropped from 4 to 6 percent to under 0.8 percent post-launch.

Workstream 4 · Recipe-driven content surfaces. Built a /recipes index that pairs each produce SKU with two to three seasonal recipes. Recipe schema markup for organic search. The /recipes index became the second-highest-converting page on the site after the home page.

Workstream 5 · Klaviyo flows + cohort segmentation. Welcome series, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, plus distinct subscriber-care flows for the weekly cohort that respect the active-subscription state. Email revenue share moved from 11 percent of total to 30 percent over 6 months.
