    The first broadcast.

    Prasun Anand launches the Digital Marketing Heroes YouTube channel with one camera, no budget, and a conviction that Indian founders deserve the same ecommerce playbooks as Silicon Valley. First 100 subscribers land in 28 days.

  2. 2019

    One million subscribers.

    The channel crosses a million. 60% of viewers are international — founders in fourteen countries writing in asking “can you build this for me?” The answer is yes. The agency is born, almost by accident.

  3. 2021

    Four pillars, no titles.

    The studio reorganizes around four practice pillars — strategy, design, engineering, growth. Remote-first from day one. First hires across three continents. The rule: titles are for consulting firms; we measure output.
