A written scope: deliverables, timeline, named lead, fixed price (or daily rate for retainer). One A4 page, no PDF deck. Reply yes / no / questions.

Kickoff in five days
Once you sign, we ship a project doc, a Slack channel, a shared Linear/GitHub, and the named team. Day-one demo at the end of week one — no exceptions.

Is this call free? Is there a sales script?
Yes, free. No script. The 30 minutes are spent understanding the actual brief — what you're trying to ship, by when, with what constraints. We don't read from slides, we don't pitch a service deck, and we don't follow up with weeks of "checking in" emails. If we're a fit, you'll have a written scope within 48 hours; if we're not, we'll say so on the call and point you to who is.
Why a five-day lead time? Can we go sooner?
Five business days gives our discovery lead time to read your existing site, the GitHub if you share it, the Search Console if you share it, and any docs you send. The call lands sharper because we've already done the homework. Need us sooner? Email support@ with a one-line emergency tag and we'll find a same-week slot.
What services should I pick if I'm not sure?
Pick the closest match in the dropdown — we route the call to the right lead either way. The most common booking categories are Shopify Plus development, Web development / SaaS MVP, and Brand identity + UI/UX. If your problem spans multiple categories, choose "Something else" and write a one-line description in the notes — we'll bring the right team on the call.
What time zones do you work in?
All five — Eastern Time (NY office), GMT/BST (London office), IST (Delhi + Lucknow HQs), AEST/AEDT (Sydney office), plus US Pacific via our LA + SF clients. Slots are shown in IST on this page; the calendar invite converts to your local time-zone automatically. For quarterly in-person reviews we travel to the client's city.
What's your typical engagement size?
Scoped builds run 8–24 weeks fixed-bid (Shopify Plus, custom Next.js platforms, mobile apps). Retainers run monthly with a named team — typical retainer floor is one senior engineer + one designer. We don't take work below that floor because the math doesn't work for either side. If your scope is smaller, we'll suggest a freelancer or a smaller agency on the call.
What if we want to talk before booking the call?
