§ 01 · the short version

Nine years, two offices, two thousand shipped projects.

Prasun Anand founded Digital Heroes in 2017 in New Delhi. The agency now operates out of New York and Delhi, with satellite teams in London, Lucknow, and Sydney, and has shipped more than two thousand Shopify, web, and SaaS products since then. His work focuses on the intersection of editorial-quality design, honest measurement, and a six-week delivery cadence that most agencies claim but few hold.

Before Digital Heroes, Prasun worked at agency shops in Delhi and New York building Shopify storefronts and DTC brand identities. The pattern he noticed across those years: clients could get a working site, and clients could get a brand book, but very few shops shipped both at the same level in the same engagement. Digital Heroes was built to close that gap. Every engagement leaves the client with a design system, a production codebase, and a measurement stack that survives the first month after launch.

He has written for Shopify Partners, the Shopify Plus blog, and a handful of ecommerce trade publications on replatform economics, DTC unit economics, and attribution after iOS 14.5 and iOS 18. He speaks on panels at Shopify partner events and has been quoted on Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and Recharge publications over the last five years.
