Client services at Digital Heroes is the layer that translates between the client's commercial goals and the agency's design + engineering + brand pods. Every active engagement has a named account owner who runs the relationship, holds the scope, and owns the commercial side of the work. We don't use junior client-services as a buffer — senior account ownership is the model.

Layla runs the relationship cadence for active clients in the Sydney pod. The day-to-day is: weekly client status calls, sprint-planning facilitation, scope-change conversations, contract amendments when scope shifts, and the renewal cadence at 11 months for annual retainers.

Engagement cadence: Most engagements Layla touches run on a fortnightly client cadence on the AEST working day. Deliverables go out for review at the end of every sprint with named accountability for every line item.

Client roster context: Digital Heroes runs about 25 active engagements at any given time across DTC, B2B, SaaS, and brand work. Layla is on roughly three to five active engagements at any given time depending on engagement complexity and the resourcing rhythm.
