We treat every project as a publication — typography hierarchy, photography direction, motion tokens, accessibility, and design system are all in scope on every engagement. Indi works inside the Sydney design pod, which operates Figma-first with weekly design-review cadence. Every shipped design ties back to a brand brief, a design token system, and a motion specification — the editorial guardrails that keep client work feeling like it was crafted rather than generated.

Engagement cadence: Most engagements Indi touches run on a fortnightly client cadence on the AEST working day. Deliverables go out for review at the end of every sprint with named accountability for every line item.

Client roster context: Digital Heroes runs about 25 active engagements at any given time across DTC, B2B, SaaS, and brand work. Indi is on roughly three to five active engagements at any given time depending on engagement complexity and the resourcing rhythm. Named client work is published on the case studies page where the client has given explicit permission for the work to be referenced publicly.
