Client services at Digital Heroes is the layer that translates between the client's commercial goals and the agency's design + engineering + brand pods. Every active engagement has a named account owner who runs the relationship, holds the scope, and owns the commercial side of the work. We don't use junior client-services as a buffer — senior account ownership is the model.

Carlos runs the relationship cadence for active clients in the New York pod. The day-to-day is: weekly client status calls, sprint-planning facilitation, scope-change conversations, contract amendments when scope shifts, and the renewal cadence at 11 months for annual retainers.
