Three roles set the agency's operating rhythm, hold the P&L, and own the strategic decisions about which clients we take, which work we ship, and which capabilities we build in-house versus partner for. The executive team meets weekly across the New York + Delhi + Lucknow time-zone band and reviews every active engagement's status, scope, and commercial trajectory on a fortnightly cadence.

Arjun sits at this layer, which means the work is mostly: capital allocation across departments, hiring decisions for senior roles, framing the agency's commercial positioning, and the long-form conversations with the founders and CEOs we partner with. Day-to-day execution sits with the directors and leads; the executive layer holds the rhythm.

Engagement cadence: Most engagements Arjun touches run on a fortnightly sprint cadence with daily IST stand-ups and weekly client status calls. Deliverables go out for review at the end of every sprint with named accountability for every line item.

Client roster context: Digital Heroes runs about 25 active engagements at any given time across DTC, B2B, SaaS, and brand work. Arjun is on roughly every active engagement at the executive review layer depending on engagement complexity and the resourcing rhythm.
