The engineering function at Digital Heroes is split across Shopify development (storefront + Plus + Liquid + checkout extensibility), web development (Next.js + Webflow + WordPress + custom CMS), mobile (React Native + Flutter + native iOS + Android), and SaaS infrastructure (Postgres + Stripe + auth + multi-tenancy). Most engineers specialise in one of these four lanes; senior engineers cross between two.

Shubham ships in the Lucknow engineering pod, which is sized at roughly twenty-two engineers in the production-engineering pod that handles the bulk of theme work, QA, and incremental builds. The pod operates on a IST delivery cadence and reviews every push through internal QA before any client preview goes out.

The engineering culture is: ship boring, named tools (no new frameworks-of-the-month), favour vendor docs over Stack Overflow, never use auto-generated code without explanation, and keep the deploy log clean enough that any new engineer can join mid-sprint and ship on day three.

Engagement cadence: Most engagements Shubham touches run on a fortnightly sprint cadence with daily IST stand-ups and weekly client status calls. Deliverables go out for review at the end of every sprint with named accountability for every line item.
