The operations function at Digital Heroes is the spine of the agency. Operations owns project delivery, resourcing across pods, finance and accounts, vendor management, the IT infrastructure that supports a 115-person distributed studio, and the internal-tools layer that keeps the agency's own engineering productive. The function spans every department and every office.
Parth works inside the Delhi operations pod, which sits at the intersection of client delivery and internal management. The day-to-day is: sprint resourcing, internal scheduling, vendor and license management, the financial-discipline cadence that keeps the agency stable, and the cross-pod coordination that keeps multi-team engagements shipping on time.
